Day Limited Warranty - Controller, Throttle or Rear Bike Rack
For 30 days from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace, at
our option, to original purchaser, free of charge, any Controller,
Throttle or Rear Bike Rack found upon examination by an authorized
representative of Vroom Electric Bicycles to be defective in material
and / or workmanship.
Batteries: 30 Day Limited Warranty - Nickel Metal Hydride Batteries
For 30 days from the date of purchase, we will repair
or replace, at our option, to the original purchaser,
free of charge, any Nickel Metal Hydride Battery Pack
found upon examination by an authorized representative
of Vroom Electric Bicycles to be defective in material
and / or workmanship. All transportation
costs and shipping damages incurred while submitting
parts for repair or replacement are the responsibility
of the original purchaser.
30 Day Limited Warranty - Lithium-ion Batteries
For 30 days from the date of purchase, we will repair
or replace, at our option, to the original purchaser,
free of charge, any Lithium-ion Battery Pack
found upon examination by an authorized representative
of Vroom Electric Bicycles to be defective in material
and / or workmanship. All transportation
costs and shipping damages incurred while submitting
parts for repair or replacement are the responsibility
of the original purchaser. No Warranty - Sealed Lead Acid Batteries Sealed Lead Acid Batteries are fully
tested and certified before shipping. However, they
are not warranted due to our inability to determine
factory defects verses purchaser misuse. No Warranty - Lead Crystal Batteries

90 Day Limited Warranty - Motor Only
For 90 days from the date of purchase, we will repair
or replace, at our option, to original purchaser,
free of charge, any Hub Motor found upon examination
by an authorized representative of Vroom Electric
Bicycles to be defective in material and / or workmanship.
One-Year Warranty – Bicycle Frame Only
For one year from the date of purchase, we will repair
or replace, at our option, to original purchaser,
free of charge, any bicycle frame found upon examination
by an authorized representative of Vroom Electric
Bicycles to be defective in material and/ or workmanship.
RETURN POLICY
Vroom Electric Bicycles maintains a 7-day return policy.
Any returns after the 7- day period will be given
back in store credit.
