Dynapac Industrial Products, LLC, supplier of “Vroom” brand products, warrants that each new bicycle and scooter will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year, with the following exceptions:  

      Bicycle frames:  3 years

SLA (Sealed Lead Acid) batteries: 3 months

SLC (Sealed Lead Crystal) batteries: 6 months

Conditions of the warranty:

·  Completion of a warranty registration is not required

·   On occasion documented proof of purchase may be required

·   Warranty applies to the original retail buyer, and is not transferable

·   If shipping to Dynapac is required, ship freight prepaid and insured

·   Wear parts like tires, tubes, and cables are not covered by warranty

·   These bikes and scooters were designed for general transportation only

·   Warranty does not apply to riding double, accidents, alterations or abuse

·   Warranty does not apply to damage caused by unauthorized repair personnel
